Ensei Limited is a Hong Kong–incorporated service company built for the next wave of independent direct-to-consumer e-commerce sellers. We act as the China-side operating arm for brands that source goods from Mainland China and ship to customers worldwide.

What's your minimum order quantity?
Flexible MOQs depending on the supplier. We don't impose platform-level minimums.
Where is Ensei based?
Ensei is a Hong Kong company. Sourcing, QC and dispatch are run from Mainland China, with our forwarder network across Shenzhen and Shanghai.
How do payments work?
We invoice in HKD (USD or JPY available). Payment is by bank transfer.
